The name of God were spoken personally by Elohim to Moses in verse 15 chapter 3 of Exodus, while the meaning was mentioned in verse 14. And the Israelites has been proclaiming only one name or the same name through out the old testament, wherever they are, and whoever they talk to, whether it is an enemy of God or not. Every tongue shall know His name, until the end. His name also is in the name of our Lord Yehoshua, means YEHOVAH saves or YEHOVAH is salvation, for YEHOVAH will save His people as mentioned in Matthew chapter 1, which is the primary needed of everyone for eternal salvation. King James Version 1611 is actually using "IEHOVAH" same sound of the name spoken to Moses "YEHOVAH". We know the enemy of God cannot just do nothing but they will come to corrupt and destroy.
